About Me

I am a Registered Dietitian registered with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, a Certified Diabetes Educator, and have also completed the ED for RD's Eating Disorder Education for Dietitians, accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. 

Throughout my 7 years working as a dietitian I have worked in various clinical settings, including gastroenterology, eating disorders, diabetes, inpatient paediatrics and neonatal infant nutrition. 

I founded my private practice in 2018 with a mission to provide people with a supportive and non-judgemental space to heal their broken relationship with food, along with providing support to parents with feeding their infants & children. 

My practice prioritizes nutritional flexibility, balance, and mindfulness with food while providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment for all people.
