Initial Assessment

A full nutrition and lifestyle assessment to guide nutrition recommendations and overall goals.
Follow up Visit
$150- 50 min
Follow-up visits provide ongoing support, nutrition education, and meal planning (if desired). We will address any challenges you may be experiencing and offer additional tools, strategies, and adjustments to your plan to help you continue to progress towards your goals.
Disordered Eating/Eating Disorder Assessment
$175- 75 min
During this visit, we will discuss your medical and health history, eating habits and preferences, lifestyle, current challenges, and your goals. The main purpose of this session is to learn more about you, address questions and concerns you may have, and begin collaborating to develop a plan that is best suited for you.
